new Vice President of Business Development, Commerce Services. In this

Rucker retired from the USPS on Friday after more than 38 years of
federal service. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of
Sales and Customer Relations, where he oversaw a sales organization of
1,000 employees and helped the USPS achieve double-digit growth in
package volumes.
